Staging → Dollies

UltraStage equipment carts are built to protect and facilitate the storage and transport of decks, frames, guard rails and stairs.

Carts are welded from 2" square aluminum tubing, cross-braced for structural strength and fitted with high capacity casters.

Carts are designed for easy transport and truck pack and are built for years of trouble free use.


DD-644 and DD-648	DD-648 ALL Aluminum transport cart for SIX 4' x 8' decks. Featuring FOUR 900 lb capacity 6" casters and adjustable deck safety pins.

The Deck Safety Pin with spring loaded ball bearing catch secures remaining decks in place as the transport cart is unloaded.	Dolly wheels are mounted to the very outside of the frame for added stability.

The AC1248 Arena Cart's rigid steel frame for flat-bed transport in arenas and other performance centers.	The AC1248 is designed to transport 12 - 4 x 8 decks.

Stackable side-loading X-frame dollies (shown here) facilitate transport of medium sized frames. Top loading dollies are generally used for smaller X-frames.	Larger X-frames (3'-5' and 5'-7') are transported easily in side loading carts shown here.

Aluminum stair dollies transport 2 sets of stair including one of two sets of handrails with stiles.
